Withdrew by check in January and another a few days ago. First time when I went thru the drive thru and they told me I had to go inside. I got a little uneasy to be honest . Both were in my account with in two days but man did they stare at the computer screen a long time. So long that you felt for sure they were going to say something. Never did so whatever, all good.

so this past week recently on 8/19 I loaded $500 into my account. I check my bank and was charged twice $500 plus $10 international fee two times. I don't need a refund, but I want to atleast have the balance of $1,000 in my account, and possibly the $10 additional service charge refunded. Is there anyone to contact, online help isn't helpful. Do we have any higher ups to just contact directly, it should be simple considering I am not asking for a refund just the correct amount.

I just wanted to say I attempted bitcoin deposit just now for first time, with minimal money as my limits aren't up there yet. But to go from Bank to Coinbase to Blockchain, took about 2 minutes, and then from Blockchain to 5Dimes, it took maybe 10 minutes for the deposit to go through. This was also done without checking the advanced options (looked passed it by accident). I logged in to all accounts by 11:00AM, and was done by 11:20AM.

depositing bitcoin for the first time today (limit was $60 per day).... took about 8 - 10 min for the money to get into my 5 dimes account

deposit on coin base.... transfer to blockchain.... and then request a deposit on 5d..... and transfer to the address given from blockchain to 5d. Instantly goes into your account.

Not with the hassle imo. Just eat it. I've had similar issues with no luck.

i haven't used it, but want to and feel like i might as well test my knowledge on how it works until someone corrects me.

You create a blockchain account, which is where you buy BTC and then transfer your BTC to 5d. They accept your money, you quintuple it and then pull it out. They send it to your blockchain in BTC, you sell your BTC and you export the funds received after the sale to your bank account

    You forgot the coinbase part.

    1) Create coinbase and blockchain accounts. Make sure they're both good to go/verified.
    2) To deposit, go to coinbase and put in your bank info and make a deposit.
    3) Once funds are there, send the bitcoin to your blockchain account.
    4) Then request a bitcoin deposit on 5dimes and you'll receive an address to send bitcoin to.
    5) Send the bitcoin from blockchain to the address provided by 5dimes.

For Withdrawals, it's all in the opposite direction.

    1) Request a withdrawal from 5dimes. Provide 5dimes with your blockchain address.
    2) Once the bitcoin from 5dimes is in your blockchain account, send it to your coinbase account.
    3) Then transfer the bitcoin from coinbase to your bank account.

5dimes should never transfer/receive a transfer to/from your coinbase account.

I think that's all correct. Hopefully that makes sense.

You got it all correct, NBAFan...always keep Blockchain as the middle man to the final destination of your funds.
