I didn't have any trouble when I was with betcris.com before they moved me to bookmaker.com. Basically, the support is still betcris since when you call, they are the same.

Our minimum wager online is $5, and $50 over the phone. Our maximum wager is $5000 online, and $20000 over the phone.

    Default Beware "bookamker.com"

I just signed-up for Bookmaker last week. I hadn't saved it as a favorite in my browser yet, so when I thought I typed-in "bookmaker" in the browser, a page loaded that looked like Bookmaker. But, it was slightly different than the page I used when I signed-up last week. When I looked in the browser history, it turns out I reversed the "ma" to "am," thus typing "bookamker."

This false page pretending to be Bookmaker shows "Your Online Bookmaker powered by Ready2bet.com" and the url is http://ready2bet.com/bkm3/

Anyone ever run across this before and do you think the genuine Bookmaker/BetCris is aware of it?

Is Bookmaker still having reliability issues with their site?

    Anyone have a recent experience?

Any indication that Bookmaker will have their CFB lines out at the same time as BetCris?

anyone have any problems with payouts on bookmaker?

  15. #135

I had a problem when once upon a time, I used a card which I thought was lost and reported as lost. I got wiped out and was looking to fund. Scrounged around, and found a card. Tried it. Was denied. They took it as me using a stolen card. Took me a few days and several faxes to finally get a payout. Then it came up again the next time i tried to get paid.

What I also don't like is their once payout a week policy. Checks are at a 4900 max. And that takes nearly 7-10 days, even though it is Fed Ex'ed.

By the way, my most recent attempt at funding at Bookmaker is not going well. We're now 24 hours into the process, and the money appears to be lost. Moneygram says that the money was taken, but there is no sign of it from Bookmaker's end of things. Horrendous customer service. They're telling me to do all of the followups and at one point, just told me that I'm SOL.

My bankwire deposit into BookMaker worked perfectly but they did not credit the transfer fee right away. Took 2 phone calls, but all the money is there now.

Have to have BookMaker/BetCris if you value early lines.

Any idea how to refresh the lines without getting kicked out back to the login screen? Happens every time for me.

On Bookmaker there is a red "Refresh" button towards the top left of the screen.

Yep. I hit that and it usually kicks me out to the signup screen.

Site must have a short limit that you can be signed in without taking action before you are asked to verify your username and password.

is there still problems with the payouts or what?

Just spoke with Bookmaker. They now offer a bank wire withdrawal from $100 to a max of $1500. That's good, considering hte other bank wire option is $10k minimum. 2-5 business days, and a $15 fee. I still don't like the 1 withdrawal a week though.

Has anyone tried to transer money out of BM into another book?

The reason I ask is because I transfer funds out of Matchbook after MLB season each year and into the book I use for pigskin and hoops, which will be BM this year. Once hoops season finishes up, I plan on tranferring funds back to Matchbook for hardball.

Also, how do Bet Points work? I am just curious as to how much or how often you have to wager to earn points towards a payout or pager or whatever else they give away.

You earn BETpoints automatically every time you place a sports wager. Every time that you make a bet you will receive BETpoints in the same amount of whichever value is lower, to bet or to win.

For example, if you bet $110 to win $100, you will receive 100 BETpoints automatically. Conversely, if you bet $100 to win $200, you will receive 100 BETpoints automatically.

I just reloaded my account there for the upcoming football season. If you can believe it....I asked if I could get a decent bonus on a deposit and they informed me that I had built up a huge # of loyalty points over the last couple of years...$400 worth to be exact....They gave me the extra 400 and said no rollover required on this Terpman! SWEEET fing deal!

Last 2 years, I've reloaded my accounts using bank wires. Worked just fine, including BM.

It is best to hit them up for bonus when they have lowest volume. I deposited 4000 in May and got a 1000 free play.
