Two weeks ago I tried to withdraw all funds from my BetCris account via EFT.

It did not go through and they now don't offer EFT and Neteller (obviously).

So, the cheapest option to withdraw now is FedEx check at $60 per withdrawal.

    BetCris is fucking garbage

I just deposited, made a bet that I wanted to do on the Overtime in the Duke/Virginia game (Virginia +1.5) and those fuckers want to charge me 60 dollars for a payout?

    What a terrible fucking book

Oh yeah, and it was only 100 to win 86.50 because they also have shitty juice

So now I pretty much bet 100 to win 26.50

EDIT - I really might be the most pissed off person ever now

I go to see how much a 150 dollar wager on the Spurs 2nd Half +6 would play

And I see it was 142.50 or w/e so I'm like OK, let me clear this and see

I click REMOVE and click CLEAR and it accepts my fucking bet!!!

I DID NOT WANT TO BET THAT THIS BOOK SUCKS

I think betcris is pertty good so far. the Betpoints is a nice little extra something.

Also if they had Live Betting and low vig it would be a perfect book

CRIS is a top notch book....the use of Neteller made everything simple...sure a payout of $60 mighrt seem steep, but this is why you set goals and cash out at the end of the season so you only have 1 fee...and woudl you rather a little more during these times and know you are going to get your money or pay less and wonder if your gonna get it...

New Development from Shrink over at eog.

All US account holders will be transferred to a brand new URL that will be easy to remember and powered by the flagship brand. The flagship brand will keep all international accounts as it expands into Europe & Asia. I have already test driven the website and it is going to be a real big hit with players.

CRIS will close to US customers, and move them all to bookmaker.com which is now live. Just enter your CRIS account and password at Bookmaker and you will get in with your CRIS account details. Same software though, just framed differently.

Probably a means to get more efficient processing for their international business as a site that doesn't take US players.

Is it the industry norm now to charge a fee for a fedex check withdrawl? Or are only a select books doing it now?

industry norm has always been a fee for a fedex withdrawal...can't imagine them doing it for free.

    check your CAPS LOCK key.

then clear your cookies and cache, and then reboot your machine.

if the doesn't work, recheck your userid.

austin, looks like they're separating the US customers from everyone else. I don't know why. but perhaps they're restructuring the corporate framework to better protect themselves from DOJ harrassment.

Everything should be business as normal with them. I stress that no one should panic with the changes. If I hear anymore I'll keep everyone updated, but I believe that we'll be changing all of our BetCris banners to bookmaker.com shortly.

A good friend of mine is over there in customer service, just got done talking to her (asked her out for cocktails too, haha)...

Long story short, CRIS created a new brand (bookmaker.com) to focus on the US market. All US players will be there by the end of the week. Betcris will be the brand they use for the non-US market. In reality, nothing else changes.

New international clients will sign up at CRIS; new US clients will sign up at bookmaker.com.

    Hope this helps...

Rexy, word has it this will help international customers get money into Cris without having the confusion of US DOJ interference or tyranny.....

    this about right?

sounds like business as usual for Cris and we Americans get our US-specific problems moved to the US-specific problem site...

Moneygram has to be the least painful, but gotta wonder how long t hat will remain an option.

gotta wonder about that with everything. Best thing to do is call them when you want to make a deposit and see what can be done that day...

Betcris is no longer an option for US customers. They have moved people to Bookmaker.com.
