Hey man -

California (PA) is a pretty damn good Division II team. Think they made it to the Elite 8 last year. However, it's hard to make a line without power rankings. I would guess that they are better than the bottom 30 or so Division I teams, so if I had to set a hypothetical line I'd say it would be between -14 and -19. 19 may be way off considering SIU has a slower style of play, so I think it would be in the mid teens somewhere.
