So I do not work out that much except for cardio and with my own body weight(push ups, sit ups, etc). I am forced to have business lunches at least 1-2 times a week, and I try and go light there but the other days I like to eat some beef jerky and a bar. There is so much out there, I am looking for suggestions on the best. For breakfast I eat a Kind bar usually, or 2 hard boiled eggs.

The Kind bars I eat are the ones that have the least sugar( I will be open to suggestions there too, please).

So I know that Metrx and the like are about 400 cals, but I do not like the 29gs of sugar. Also the carb conscious have sugar alcohol in them( a quick search says really the thing is the runs, no cancer yada yada)

I guess my question is whjat do you all reco? I would rather a 210 calorie bar in the AM and 400 or so at lunch. Or I am open to suggestions...Which is the best for you all around and why?

Thanks:shake:

In February, Elena Smith erected a portable basketball goal in the front yard of her Gretnahome, where it meets the street. With violence breaking out in so many public places, she wanted to keep her 12-year-old All Star son close.
"I got the goal rather than them playing in the park. I prefer him playing outside the front door so I can keep an eye on him,'' she said.
But a proposed ordinance from City Councilman Vincent Cox III would ban Smith's son and his cousins from shooting hoops. The measure, to forbid anyone to play sports on Gretna's streets, comes up for a council vote in June.
Smith said she wasn't aware of Cox's proposal. "Ninety percent of the time, I'm out here with them,'' she said. "We specifically tell them to get out of the street when a car passes. If they don't, I'm going to push the goal to the back yard.''
Cox's measure would prohibit any act that obstructs the street, including "the playing of football, baseball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, tennis, dodge ball or any game or sport that uses a racquet, club, stick, ball or projectile on city streets.''
It is the latest attempt by local government to restrict playing in the street. In 2009, the Jefferson Parish Council considered a similar measure but targeted large, unruly crowds that repeatedly stopped traffic.
Five years earlier, New Orleans banned portable basketball goals from its streets. And in 2006, St. Charles Parish made it a misdemeanor to block a road with a basketball goal.
Cox said the Gretna proposal comes in response to a constituent's complaint. "It's a problem sometimes. It's not that big a deal,'' he said.
Although Gretna has a number of parks and playgrounds, Cox acknowledged "kids are going to play in the streets.'' He said he doesn't anticipate police routinely citing youths.
While her son plays team basketball at Mel Ott Multipurpose Center, Smith said, the goal at home is to keep him and his cousins busy -- and secure.
"It's for safety,'' she said.

who here DIDNT EVER play in a street SOMEWHERE??

Zach Sobiech, at the age of 14, found out he had a rare form of terminal cancer. So he became a rock star, and millions of people got to see his music before he passed away on May 20, 2013. What he says at 14:20 basically rips my heart out as a father. At 18:50, he gives some advice that anyone who has lost someone to cancer can appreciate. And at 21:30, he says one of the wisest things I've ever heard. RIP, Zach.

As many know, I am born & raised from the great state of CT. My parents moved out of state while I was in high school and with their support I stayed behind for my senior year and lived in an apartment. My dad just retired & they are planning on buying a house rather soon back in CT.

I'm seriously considering moving back in with them & saving up some loot. My parents are wicked cool and know all the pussy & partying I do and are cool with it.

I'm about to be 26, and while I am proud of how independent I've been since I was 17, I wouldn't mind saving up some dough so I could buy a house sooner than later.

I don't think it'll be a major cockblock to my single lifestyle, as I have plenty of friends who live in the area that I can bring tail back to or I will just tell these hoes I have 60 year old roommates. Whateva- My mom will probably make them breakfast anyways.

Has anyone moved back home in their mid to late twenties? How was the experience?

So I've been looking into the DR.
